I was unhappy with the shapelessness of my breasts. At size 34B, they had lost volume and laid flat like pancakes. I met with one surgeon prior to Dr Geraghty, and this surgeon took measurements then explained to me the size he would make my breasts- didn't ask what I had in mind.
